Bruce has nearly 30 years of commercial experience working in government, the private sector and not-for profit sector, including founding Argus Solutions, a pioneering biometric security company that was listed on the ASX.

Bruce’s government work included twenty years in Defence and the Department of Foreign Affairs, including program management, government business and contracting. This foundational experience expanded significantly through his founding and listing of Argus Solutions on the ASX, followed by his role as Operations Manager at SIMAid, and running business operations for CTG in Afghanistan.

Since 2015 he has undertaken a variety of business advisory roles in multiple sectors. Bruce has a diverse range of business and business leadership experience which includes capital raising, ISO implementation, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), team building, leadership development, budgeting and forecasting, designing marketing and advertising programs, designing banking solutions, developing and implementing IP strategies, risk assessment and risk management, strategic planning, product development, and implementing technology. He has considerable experience forging partnerships, even between companies that might have ordinarily presented as competitors.

Bruce has run business operations in Australia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan, and done business in the UK, Zimbabwe, the US, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Yemen, Kenya, France and China.
